Fathima Chowdhury is a highly skilled, board-certified Physician Assistant with over 12 years of diverse clinical experience across multiple medical specialties, including urgent care, pain management, family medicine, emergency medicine, and addiction medicine. With her broad clinical background, Fathima brings a well-rounded approach to psychiatric care, integrating her extensive medical knowledge with a focus on mental health and wellness.
Fathima is certified to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide array of psychiatric conditions, including Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Substance Use Disorder. She is also trained in addiction management and holds a waiver to prescribe buprenorphine (Suboxone) for opioid addiction treatment.
In addition to traditional psychiatric treatments, Fathima is experienced in advanced therapies such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and SPRAVATO™ (Esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression, offering patients access to cutting-edge treatments that can make a profound difference in their care.
Fathima completed her undergraduate degree at Georgia State University, followed by a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University. Her passion for psychiatry developed through her work with underserved populations, particularly those struggling with addiction and mental health challenges.

Khadeja Chowdhury is a dedicated Board-Certified Physician Assistant with over 8 years of psychiatric experience and a strong passion for providing compassionate and comprehensive mental healthcare. Khadeja is skilled in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, schizophrenia, and neurocognitive conditions. She is particularly experienced in working with diverse patient populations, treating individuals aged 5 and up, from children to the elderly, in both acute and outpatient settings.
Khadeja has a deep understanding of the vital connection between mental and physical health and approaches her patients' care with a holistic, patient-centered perspective. Her expertise spans across various facets of psychiatry, from crisis stabilization for high-risk patients in behavioral health crisis centers and crisis stabilization units, to providing long-term care for individuals with complex mental health and substance use challenges. She has worked closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as autism.
Khadeja's approach is rooted in a belief that mental health care should be accessible, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s needs. She works closely with her patients to develop treatment plans that address not only their psychiatric concerns but also their overall well-being.
